Delivery Partner Deactivation Challenge Procedure

If you wish to appeal your deactivation, please fill out the form accessible via this link as follows:

• Select an issue > Delivery Partners Request Form > Input your email address > Input your First Name > Input your Last Name > Input your email used to sign up > Input your phone number used to sign up > Select a topic > Termination Appeals > Add a subject line > Provide details > Select your Region > Add any attachments. 

In your appeal, include a detailed explanation along with any supporting documents or information. Any photos or screenshots must be in a .JPEG or .PNG format.

Additionally, you may appeal by replying to the email informing you of your suspension or deactivation with a detailed explanation and any supporting documents or information. Any photos or screenshots must be in a .JPEG or .PNG format. You may use this email address as a way to communicate with the company about your deactivation appeal.

When the review process is complete, we’ll send you an email with the status of your Grubhub account. 

You have 90 days from the date of the email to appeal your blocked account. Please allow for up to 14 days for Grubub to investigate and respond with a decision on your appeal. If more time is necessary, Grubhub will notify you.
