Hello,

Your driver’s license on file will expire in seven (7) days. Please update your license following the instructions within the Grubhub for Driver’s app, which can be found here: 

https://driver.grubhub.com/launch/self_service

Please note: if you do not take action to update your driver’s license within 14 days of receiving this message, your Driver Profile will be temporarily deactivated until an update is made under Section 3 of Grubhub’s Deactivation Policy.

You will have the right to challenge the deactivation and have 90 days from the date of the deactivation email to appeal your blocked account. Grubhub will take up to 14 days to respond with a decision on your appeal. For more information on how to appeal our decision, view here for Grubhub’s internal deactivation challenge procedure.
