Hello,
This is a follow-up message concerning your driver’s license. To date, you have not yet updated your driver’s license. As a result, effective today your driver app has been deactivated under Section 3 of Grubhub’s Deactivation Policy and any scheduled blocks have been removed.
To reactivate your account, please update your license following the instructions within the Grubhub for Driver’s app, which can be found here:

You will have the right to challenge the deactivation and have 90 days from the date of the deactivation email to appeal your blocked account. Grubhub will take up to 14 days to respond with a decision on your appeal. For more information on how to appeal our decision, view here for Grubhub’s internal deactivation challenge procedure.
