What if I am unable to mark Arrived or Delivered?

Here are the steps to follow in the Grubhub Delivery app if you are unable to mark Arrived at the restaurant:

1. From the Delivery screen, tap There's a problem
2. Select the most appropriate answers from the tap screens
3. Tap Confirm to complete the status update

Please note: Marking 'Arrived' incorrectly may result in contract termination
