If you encounter any of the following, the alcohol should not be left with the customer or at the door:
- The customer’s age cannot be verified or confirmed
- The customer provides the wrong I.D.
- The customer appears to be intoxicated
- The customer cannot be reached
In any of the above situations, leave all non-alcoholic order items with the customer and follow the in-app instructions. Don’t worry, you will be paid for your time and we will wait before sending you new orders.
