How do I reject an order?

If you do not want to deliver an order, simply hit the Reject button on the offer screen and select from the list reasons that are listed. 

If you already accepted an order and can no longer deliver it, reassign the order by tapping There’s a problem in the Grubhub for Drivers app.

Please note: rejections and reassignments affect your acceptance rate, which is a part of determining your Program Level.
