What is the Auto-Accept feature?
Auto-Accept is a setting in the Grubhub for Drivers app that automatically adds delivery offers to your queue, making it easier and safer to accept deliveries while on the road. This feature is currently available in select markets.
How does it work?
When Auto-Accept is turned on, offers will be added to your queue automatically, without requiring you to manually accept each one. You’ll still receive notifications for each new offer, and can review the details of the delivery.
Can I still decline offers? What if I don’t want to proceed with the auto-accepted delivery offer?
Yes, you can still unassign offers even with Auto-Accept turned on. However, please note that unassigning offers will impact your Offer Commitment Rate and could result in fewer delivery opportunities in the future.
How do I turn on Auto-Accept?
To turn on Auto-Accept, go to Account < Account Settings < Auto-Accept in the Grubhub for Drivers app. Simply toggle Auto-Accept to 'On' to start automatically adding offers to your queue.
How do I turn off Auto-Accept?
To turn off Auto-Accept, go to Account < Account Settings < Auto-Accept in the Grubhub for Drivers app. Toggle the Auto-Accept setting to 'Off' to stop automatically adding offers to your queue.
How does Auto-Accept interact with other app settings?
Auto-Accept works alongside other app settings. For example, you can take a break and “Pause offers” while Auto-Accept is “On.” Also, next time you toggle to “Taking offers,” Auto-Accept will still be “On” if you had previously enabled it.
