These stats are updated in real time, which means you’ll get an accurate breakdown of your activity. Your stats directly impact your program level, which gets updated every Monday morning based on your activity over the last 14 days.

In order to achieve a Pro or Premier program level, your driver stats need to match or exceed these set-points for each category:

As you improve your stats, you'll reach a higher program level that unlocks more opportunities. For example, Premier level delivery partners enjoy first access to scheduling and catering orders, which could mean more earnings.
