Delivering alcohol in Pennsylvania

In Pennsylvania, vehicles delivering alcohol with Grubhub are required to display specific identification information on each side of the vehicle. 

This information includes:

• Business name
• Address
• PA alcohol license number

These signs need to be placed on each side of the vehicle in order to be compliant with the law. You may print the signs yourself from the pdf attached or you may request signs to be mailed to you by using this form. 

Note: You will need to print 2 signs to display on each side of your vehicle in order to be compliant with the law.

Failure to display the required signs while delivering alcohol can lead to legal consequences for couriers as well as contract termination.
