How can I get any information about fees I was charged last year?

Grubhub does not charge drivers a commission or fees.

There is a $0.50 charge each time you use Instant Cash Out if you do not have a Chase Bank account on file.  This is a mandatory fee implemented by Chase Bank, and not by Grubhub, for the convenience of using this feature.
