Am I expected to carry cash with me to complete a delivery?

No. Drivers should not use their own money for any reason during a delivery. 

What if the diner asks me to refund a portion of their order??

We advise that you should not, under any circumstances, provide cash back, change, or refunds to diners. If a diner requests a refund, they should contact Grubhub directly. 

What if my Grubhub Driver Card isn’t working?

You should never pay for any order with any form of payment other than the Grubhub Driver Card. Drivers will not be reimbursed by Grubhub for any other form of payment. If your card isn’t working:

1. Tap There’s a problem at the bottom of the screen
2. Select Payment won’t go through
3. Follow the onscreen instructions
