Extra large orders may pop up in your queue of tasks and you would proceed with accepting or rejecting the offer just like you would with any other offer.
Sometimes an offer may be pre-scheduled. In these instances, you may receive an in-app notification or an SMS from a Grubhub Specialist asking if you would like to accept a future offer. If you say yes, it will remain in your task queue until that time comes.
What if you’re toggled available and take other offers when you were previously scheduled for an order?
The system will create a buffer prior to the start of your task, and will stop sending you offers. This buffer should provide enough time to complete your previous deliveries and arrive at the restaurant on time for your pre-scheduled order. If for some reason this is not enough time, or you receive a conflicting offer, please use your App to reach out to Grubhub and let us know
