What should I do if I receive a threatening or inappropriate message from a diner?

Your safety is of the utmost importance to us at Grubhub. If you feel that your immediate safety is threatened, please reach out to your local emergency services.

Include screenshots of the text itself and a text of the order details.  We will investigate the report and take any necessary action.
