I went to text the Diner and it sent to the last person I delivered to - what’s wrong?

Even though the numbers are masked, each order has its own unique contact number.

The first time you reach out to a diner (per order) should be done directly through the Order Screen in the Grubhub for Drivers App. This will open a conversation with that diner, specific to that order.
