What are delivery codes?

For certain orders, a two-digit code is supplied by the customer to confirm that the order has been dropped off. This helps prevent wrongful penalties and delivery mixups. Delivery codes can be used for both standard and contact-free orders. 

Here’s how to do it:

Standard Delivery

1. Meet the customer in person
2. Enter the code they give into the driver app
3. Once verified, hand off the order and complete the delivery

Contact-free Delivery

1. Text or call the customer for the code
2. Enter the code they give you into the driver app
3. Once verified, drop off the order and complete the delivery
