Once you have accepted a Shop + Pay offer, navigate to the store and tap Arrived.
Keep the Shopping list screen open on your phone screen to see all items at a glance, or tap on an item to reveal the Item details screen. Examples of items you could be shopping for include snacks, cleaning supplies or household items.
On the Item details screen, you can add the item to your cart. You’ll know when you’ve added all your items in the order to your cart when the To-Do screen is empty and the Done screen contains all the items in the order. Now, you’re ready to check out!
Note: From the Item details screen, you can tap on the - sign and then Mark as unavailable if order item is unavailable (the item is out of stock). If an item is partially unavailable (you found the item, but not the requested amount), adjust the quantity and tap on Add to cart.
To check out, tap on Done shopping and head to the nearest checkout counter. The app will ask you to confirm that you are ready to check out. Tap Continue to confirm that you are ready to pay and head to the nearest checkout counter.
Note: You should never pay for any order with any form of payment other than the Grubhub Driver Card. Drivers will not be reimbursed by Grubhub for any other form of payment. If your card isn’t working while you’re in the process of checking out, tap on There’s a problem to be connected to a Driver Care specialist.
After you’ve successfully paid, take a picture and upload a photo of your receipt. When you’re ready to head out of the store to deliver the order, tap on Leaving to move on to dropoff.
You’re ready to make your way to the customer! Once you arrive at the customer’s location, review the delivery notes for their dropoff instructions. After you’ve successfully dropped off the customer's order, swipe to complete the order on the Delivery screen on your phone.
