Depending on the market you are delivering in, you will be shipped a driver card after you complete your first delivery with Grubhub. Not all new drivers will receive a driver card, only those delivering in a Place & Pay Market. If you do not receive a Driver Card in your Starter Kit then your market is not a Place and Pay Market and you will not need a Driver Card to deliver.
If you are in a Place & Pay market and you haven’t received a card within 14 days of your first delivery, please order one through the app free of charge.
When you order a new Grubhub Driver Card directly through the Grubhub for Driver’s app you will receive both a confirmation email and a tracking number once the card has been shipped. Once tracking information is available you’ll also be able to view this directly in your Grubhub for Drivers app.
*If you're a new driver waiting for your gear and card, or a card was ordered for you directly by Grubhub, you might not be able to view this tracking information in the app. You should however still receive the below emails.

Pro Tip - since the Order Number is unique you might want to search for just Grubhub Driver : Your Order in the subject field
