How do I request a market change as an active courier?

As an active courier you may submit a market change request through this form. Follow this path on the form to submit your request:

1. From Please choose your issue below select:
   1. Delivery Partner Request Form
2. Next fill in your email address, first & last name
3. From Select a topic select:
   1. I have delivered a Grubhub order
   2. Account Updates
   3. Changing my delivery region
   4. Preferred Zip code
4. Next fill in your desired Transfer Start Date (timelines cannot be guaranteed, your request will be processed as soon as possible), Subject (i.e. Market Change) and please provide any other details for the request.
5. Finally input your 1st Preferred Zip Code. You may also provide a 2nd and 3rd back up zip code and we will do our best to match up your preferences. 
6. Once all of the required information is input, tap the Submit button

Notes:

• Transfer requests into Seattle or NYC (DCWP) are currently not accepted, for more info please visit this page.

• Entry level couriers will still be subject to market capacity but once you unlock a partner level you are no longer restricted.

• Partner, Pro and Premier level couriers may transfer to any market at any time (except into Seattle or NYC - DCWP).
