If your account was disabled because you haven’t driven in a while and you opted-in to receive the form in the app, you can reach out to the Driver Support Team at https://driver-support.grubhub.com/hc/en-us/requests/new to have your account reinstated. Once reinstated, you can log in to access your 1099. Please allow the Driver Support Team time to respond to your request.
If you no longer have access due to something other than inactivity, please contact email@example.com to have the form sent to you via email. All requests are handled in the order they are received; however, there may be a delay in the response during tax season (January-April).
Please do not send multiple emails if you don’t receive an immediate response. Doing so may further delay the process.
