How to best log into the shop to place an order for PPE is dependent on the following:
- If you have not placed an order before for personal protective equipment on our shop, you will need to create an account before you can place an order.
- If you have placed an order for PPE from the shop, you can log in using the account that you already created.
- If you have recently changed your email address and are unable to place an order using that email, please try using your previous email address to place your order.

How to create an account:
- There are two ways to create an account.
- Click on the account icon in the top right corner of the shop page
- Click on an item to be prompted to log in
- Click “Create account”
- Enter your first name, last name, email address, and create a password
- Your email address must match what is on your Grubhub for Drivers account or you will not be able to place an order.
- You can choose any password that you would like when creating your account.
- Click “Create”
- You’re now logged in! You can see your order history (so you can check when your 14 days is up for reordering) and track your order status by logging into your driver shop account.
I don’t know if I already have an account:
To find out if you already have an account, try to create an account. If it says the email address has already been taken, that means you have an account already and can log in (if you remember your password) or reset your password.
Error Messages:
Looks like your email address is not associated with a Grubhub for Drivers account.
Please create an account using the email address associated with your Grubhub for Drivers account to place an order.
This means that the email address that you used to log in is not recognized as a driver account. If you have recently changed your email address in your Grubhub for Drivers app, this may not have been recognized yet by the shop. Please try creating an account using your old email address. If you are still having this issue, submit a request.
Looks like your email address is not associated with a Grubhub for Drivers account or you have already placed an order for PPE.
Please create an account using the email address associated with your Grubhub for Drivers account to place an order. If you have already placed an order for PPE, check your email or order history for order status.
This means one of two things:
- The email address that you used to log in is not recognized as a driver account
- You have already ordered your one free item in the last 14 days
To verify which of these two things is causing the error message, click on the account button on the top right corner of the page to view your order history.
- If you have placed an order in the last 14 days, you will not be able to place another order.
- If you have not placed an order in the last 14 days, that means that the email address you have used to sign in is not recognized as eligible for placing an order. If you have recently changed your email address in your Grubhub for Drivers app, this may not have been recognized yet by the shop. Please try creating an account using your old email address. If you are still having this issue, submit a request.
