My Grubhub Driver Card isn’t working, can I use my own credit card and get reimbursed?

 No. You should never pay for any order with any form of payment other than the Grubhub Driver Card. Drivers will not be reimbursed by Grubhub for any other form of payment. If your card isn’t working:

1. Tap There’s a problem at the bottom of the screen
2. Select Payment won’t go through
3. Follow the onscreen instructions
