If your card is lost or stolen:
- Tap Setting from the left hand panel
- Select Driver Card
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap, Report Lost Driver Card
- Follow the on screen instructions
You should never pay for any order with any form of payment other than the Grubhub Driver Card. Drivers will not be reimbursed by Grubhub for any other form of payment.
Please Note Place and Pay orders are only available in certain markets. If your market does not have place and pay orders, you do not need the Grubhub Driver Card. To find out if your market is actively supporting Place and Pay orders, please reach out directly to your Driver Specialist.
