How will I receive my 1099 form?

If you’re eligible to receive a tax form for the current year, starting in February your 1099 form will be available in the Grubhub for Drivers app as well as the Grubhub Driver Portal. Just opt into e-delivery (if you haven’t already) then select Get my tax form to receive an emailed copy of your form within 24 hours.

If you did not opt into e-delivery prior to January 1st, you will also receive a 1099 form mailed to your home address on file in early February.

Forms will be processed and sent at the end of January each year.

To view your current enrollment status in the Grubhub for Drivers app, tap Account < Personal info < Tax form information.
