The Grubhub for Work (GFW) platform, powered by Bitegrabber, will be shut down on 12/01/2020.
After this date, you’ll receive all corporate orders, including catering, XL, and group orders, on the Grubhub for Drivers app.
Why are there orders coming in from both apps?
Given the number of restaurants and diners in the area, it’s impossible to simply move everybody from one platform to the other in one fell swoop.
Should I stop picking up blocks on GFW and focus on only picking up blocks on the Grubhub for Drivers app?
We will still have some volume on the GFW platform until December 1st. Please continue to check the Bitegrabber app for opportunities up until 12/01/2020.
Will my earnings be impacted?
As always you earn Delivery Pay + 100% of your tips for every order you deliver. Corporate offers are often large with a bigger gratuity.
Do I still need to use my Catering bags to complete Corporate deliveries?
Yes, in order to complete any delivery while partnering with Grubhub you will need to have an insulated bag. This bag does not need to be Grubhub branded. While completing Corporate orders, we highly recommend using catering bags as they're larger. It’s important to keep your Catering gear clean and in good condition. If you need more catering bags, additional gear can be purchased here on the Grubhub Driver Shop.
