If you can no longer deliver a future order that you previously accepted, please let us know as soon as possible so we can get the order assigned to a new driver.
You can do this by selecting the scheduled order from your task list, and then tapping the There’s a problem button.
Please Note: You can drop a future order without penalty while it is still a future order. Once you’ve been notified to pick up the food, the order becomes active. As with any other order, if you reassign an active order, it will impact your acceptance rate percentage.
