My app keeps crashing or freezing. What do I do?

Follow these steps to try to get the app up and running again:

Step 1 - Make sure that there aren’t any updates available for the app

Step 2 - Try force closing the app and opening it again

Step 3 - Try uninstalling then reinstalling the app
