Understanding your stats is an important part of being a Grubhub delivery partner.
Your stats are made up of your on-time arrival at merchant rate (OTM), and schedule commitment rate (SCR). They’re updated in real time, which means you’ll get an accurate breakdown of your activity over the last 14 days in the Account tab under View my stats.
