What happens to my pay if an order is canceled by the merchant or customer?

If an order is canceled by the merchant or customer, you will still be paid, and the minimum earnings will still apply. You’ll be paid for the number of engaged minutes and miles you already put into the order, or $5, whichever is higher. Please note, however, that if the order is canceled during the law’s grace period before substantial work on the order has commenced, no compensation will be provided.
