How do I update my identification or driver’s license with Self-service?

To get started, go to the Self-service section of the Account tab, and in the Update your ID tab, tap on Get started.. From there, review and agree to the verification terms and photo privacy policy. You will be asked to take a photo of your state identification or driver’s license. After taking a profile pic, confirm all of your photos and submit for verification to complete the process! 

Note: If your photos are not able to be verified, you will have 3 attempts to retake them before the process is sent for manual review.
