What should I expect from Grubhub?

Grubhub has made adjustments to ensure that the number of available delivery offers aligns with the number of delivery partners on the road. Delivery partners who complete the most deliveries and maintain the highest stats will help safeguard their ability to deliver with Grubhub and see the most opportunities to earn, increased flexibility in times to deliver, more efficient trip times and less time spent waiting for offers.

• Scheduling is key to getting on the road: Drivers who are not on a block will only be able to deliver when there are enough available offers.
• Your OCR unlocks access to scheduling: Only drivers with an Offer Commitment Rate (OCR) of 50% or above will be able to schedule a block. Increasing your OCR to 50% or above will allow you to return to regular scheduling. Access to scheduling updates each morning. Check out your current OCR in the Program level section of the app.
• Accept offers to stay on the road: While you’re on the road, make sure to continue accepting offers to deliver uninterrupted and do what you can to find new offers - such as driving to a hotspot. If a series of offers is not fulfilled in your area, you’ll be temporarily unable to accept new offers.
