I’m not receiving the pin for the app. What’s wrong?
The pin is sent as an email to the email address with which you applied. If you are having difficulty with the pin, check out these three tips:
Make sure to use the pin within 15 minutes of receiving the email. The pin will expire after 15 minutes.
Be patient! The email can take up to 30 seconds to arrive in your inbox.
If you resend the pin through the app, please keep in mind that the older pins will not work. The most recent email contains the valid pin.
